    No trip to Kelwood is complete without a visit to our beautifully Peaceful and fragrant, Arboretum Garden ,it is a must see. Located at the corner of Park and Stewart.

    Once a derelict area, the Kelwood Arboretum Garden now offers a peaceful pause and an inspirational oasis for those who want to sit and breathe, those that drive by slowly to take in the ever-changing colour, and those that stroll through on their way to somewhere else.

    The garden also provides a home for the Eleanor Rose Outdoor Quilt Show and a lovely spot for community gatherings, weddings, and family photos.

    Picture this: eight spacious campsites arranged nicely, six with a zippy 20 amps and two with an electrically charged 30 amps, all nestled among towering shade trees. Need a splash? Water is right at the entrance, ready to quench your thirst after a day of adventures.

    While we don't do dumps (pun intended!), we do have something even better – a freshly facelifted children's playground that's so simply spectacular, with good old fashion fun on a swing. Let your little ones' imaginations run wild as they climb, swing, and slide in this wonderland of fun. Bring a frisbee or two, to play frisbee golf and include or bring along a softball team and play it up.

    Each August, the community's Volunteer Firefighters organize a BBQ event, with all proceeds dedicated to maintaining and modernizing the department's vital equipment.

    Every year, the RM of Rosedale community unites in a show of support for the local heroes of the Kelwood Fire Department, recognizing and appreciating their crucial work.

    Since becoming a registered charity in 2009 and later adopting the name Harvest Sun Music & Art Society in 2013, their commitment to uplifting our agriculturally based community through culture, education, and entertainment has remained unwavering.
